1.Unworn/Used/unwashed Socks can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase with their original receipt & tag.

2.No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on discounted products/Clearance Sale.

3.If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.

4.All prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes.

5. Refund will only be made 3 days after the product has been returned in its original condition.


7.Read the instruction on packaging of the socks.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Shipping costs will not be charged to the customer if:


-The item was damaged when received by the customer

-The wrong item was delivered

-In all other cases, customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.

Order Cancellation

Sockoye reserves this right of cancelling your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment, inaccuracy of address and if customer isn't responding to our confirmation calls.
